1.Usage and applicable range

Rotary control device (bop) installed in annular BOP or ram BOP, in implementing unbalanced drilling with compressive etc, to seal the rotating drill and divided flow. It and hydraulic drilling BOP ,check valve , liquid gas separator and not well trip pressure device etc , can safely after equipment on drilling and well trip . It in such liberation low--pressure gas layers , leakproof , drilling Wells ,drilling and work over etc , without special operations have very important effect.

2.Main work principle

kelly stem drivers bushing center pipe and rubber seal core with kelly stem to rotary through actuator of rotary control device . Rubber core relies on the elastic deformation and pressure seal to grant the drill string around implementation seals . The center pipe and rotating assembly by the sealing between upper and lower dynamic seal assembly.

The hydraulic power room to control the hydraulic clamps of opening and closing , provide for lubrication oil cooling rotating assembly internal components and dynamic seal assembly , Water cooling upper dynamic seal assembly.

3.Structure assembly

Rotary control device is Consist of Rotary assembly ,Housing , Hydraulic Power Room , control pipeline, hydraulic gate valve , assistant tool etc.

4.Structure feature
